Moments

School holiday weekends don’t count. They come around, then are gone, rolled into the other days without even a blip on the radar. This one gone was no different. Quiet days at home. Some cleaning. A little prep for School returning on Thursday and plenty of playing, just being.

I think we have had enough rest now. Enough down time for a Kinder girl who needed it. She is restless. Cranky. Bored. Bring on the return to School on Thursday (yes Thursday, a cruel twist of fate). We have a lot of visitors in the next few days before normality returns. Oh routine, I need you just as much as the kids do.

I also recorded my first podcast on the weekend and am attempting to get it up into Itunes – the process that has driven Rob (and I) a little crazy with it’s complicatedness (yes that is so a word). It’s a 25 min show – perfect for listening to on a walk, or in the car, or just at home. Just as soon as I work it out, I’ll let you know. Move over Richard Fidler…

  1. Love your pics – your photography is inspiring!

    • I have to fess up – my husband took all of these last week with his new camera. I can’t wait to do a course with Tim Coulson next week to hopefully work out how to actually use my camera properly and take it off auto.

      But thank you!

  2. Gorgeous pics [Rob}. The girls at play have been perfectly captured 🙂 Looking fwd to hearing the Podcast. Happy week Beth, with the return of routine, school & normality.
