A very BabyMachristmas: The House

Oh look, you’ve come in the back door. Like true good friends. How cold is it? Quickly come in and get warm, I honestly wouldn’t have thought that it would be 5 degrees in December. I do quite like it though, it feels like Christmas should. Or something. Anyway, enough nattering, come in! Yes, that’s Rosie the Guinea Pig’s cage on the verandah, the rain is keeping her off the lawn the poor love. And yes, we have a wreath on the back door. Want to see the front too? OK then, quickly, let’s go and have a look.

Here you go, but come on already, it’s FREEEEZING. Grab a few logs from that basket there too, we need them because the fire is on.

Ahhhh. That’s better. Isn’t that better? Hello, would you seriously take a look at how pretty everything looks. Modest? No, I know I’m not, but COME ON! Look at it! LOOK AT IT! How lucky are we? I’ll just duck into the kitchen and grab you a wine then we’ll go and have a natter by the fire.

Yes, that’s the advent calendar there. The girls adore pulling out a little sewn in treat every day. I did have to throw some chocolates in there somewhere though.

I’ll get dinner ready in a sec, let’s just pack down for a sec.

Ah yes, that’s much better. Merry Christmas! And thanks so much for coming all the way down here! So, how are you?
