I’m still standing

It’s action stations around here this week. Inspections at the drop of the hat, bank valuers coming in so people who are {hopefully} going to bid on Saturday have all their ducks lined up. There are calls to and fro between the agent, the solicitor, talk of bringing settlements early, or not, offers before auction, people talking to brokers then back to the agent. Eeek. It’s stressful and exciting and overwhelming and did I mention stressful?

And now I see that Saturday is forecast RAIN. Not showers. Or drizzle. Or storms. But rain. I think that is the worst kind of weather for an on site auction. Bugger.

So, until then I plan on keeping the house clean. Keeping my mind open. Keeping my stress levels down and my excitement levels high….because before too long this will all be over and we will be heading to our new house in the country.
And I can’t wait.
